Problem

An ecommerce cosmetics company based out of Melbourne wanted more engagement across all social platforms and increased overall sales revenue. They also needed help with launching a new product line that would bring them more revenue and attract a different segment of the market.

Solution

After reanalysing the client’s current audience, Catalyst Perspective decided to focus on social media channels where their biggest audience could be found. Then, we created a massive activation campaign that involved many influencers. We spotlighted their work in the client’s Instagram and Facebook accounts and significantly increased exposure by running a solid advertising campaign and having influencers continuously posting about the evening. By focusing attention on the exclusive red carpet style activation customers, loyalty and retention were increased.
